Natasha B. Harris LMT, CLT, NCTMB | Massage Therapist
Natasha has over five years of experience and 2000 hours of education in therapeutic bodywork. She specializes in a multitude of techniques. One of them is lymphatic drainage; which is highly effective in reducing swelling and decreasing the healing time when applied before and after surgeries as well as after injuries. Another is therapeutic massage. Which promotes relaxation, de-stresses the body, and aids in injury rehabilitation ranging from daily activities, sports, and injuries. Natasha is also an Arvigo Maya Professional Practitioner “apprentice to Dr. Arvigo.” This Abdominal technique focuses on alleviating many problems dealing with digestion as well as problems with the female anatomy such as premenstrual syndrome (PMS,) and fertility issues.
