VIP Membership Program Terms and Conditions
1. Purchases following Program sign-up may be necessary to receive Program offers, coupons, discounts or any other benefits from the Program (“Program Offers”) as specified in each Program Offer. A valid VIP Membership Card (“Card”) must be presented at the time of purchase to be eligible to receive applicable Program Offers.
2. The Image Center may, in its sole discretion, at any time and without prior notification, alter or limit the Program and/or Program Offers, or otherwise change the Program rules, terms and conditions, Program Offers and restrictions, or terminate the Program entirely. The Program participant (“Participant”) agrees to forfeit any unredeemed Program Offers upon termination of the Program.
3. The Image Center may void participation in the Program if the Participant, in The Image Center’s sole discretion, engages in fraud, deception, forgery or other abuses of the Program, or for any other reason.
4. The Program, and Participant’s participation therein, is subject to these terms and conditions as well as all other terms, conditions, rules, policies and limitations as The Image Center may from time to time designate.
5. Any necessary interpretation or application of these terms and conditions or policies related thereto shall be made by The Image Center in its sole discretion.
6. Lost or stolen Cards, coupons or offers will not be replaced. Without limiting the foregoing, The Image Center is not responsible for coupons or other offers lost in the mail.
7. Program Offers are subject to the expiration date(s) and any additional terms, conditions and restrictions as set forth on the Program Offers or as otherwise designated by The Image Center. Program Offers cannot be combined with other offers or coupons, and are not valid for catalog, phone, internet or for the purchase of gift cards.
8. By becoming a Participant in the Program, Participant agrees to receive educational, advertising, marketing materials and other communications from The Image Center or any of the entities providing services at The Image Center.
